If your interested please reply me to my email id : shah(AT)sprucetech.com or call me at : 97(three)-528-577(eight)Job description:Identify the company’s recruitment needs, define objectives, and work closely with hiring managers to determine the most effective hiring strategiesSet annual hiring projections and the recruiting budget based on research and internal auditsDevelop and streamline internal recruitment guidelines, policies, and processes Oversee the implementation of full-cycle recruitment processesManage candidate outreach via various online platforms to find the best potential candidatesEstablish criteria for candidate interviews and assessments and assist in finalizing hiring decisions, especially for senior rolesMaintain close working relationships with hiring agencies and educational institutions and leverage the rapport to source the best candidates Work closely with the legal department to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in our recruitment effortsMonitor the performance of our recruiting programs using various KPIs, such as cost per hire, turnover rates, and time to hireProvide training and assistance to junior recruiting team members as neededDirector of Recruiting RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in talent acquisition management, with 5+ years in a leadership roleIn-depth understanding of employment laws at the local, state, and federal levels and best practices in recruitingProficiency in relevant applicant tracking systemsExceptional leadership skillsStrong project and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsRelevant certifications in talent acquisition and management (CPLP, SPHR, or SHRM-CP).
