Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is seeking motivated and experienced call center supervisory staff for positions in the Trenton, NJ area.
As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible to support and lead a state-wide call center team to assist New Jersey Medicaid applicants and members. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care programs and systems, NJ Medicaid, CHIP, social services as well as experience with low-income populations.
Qualifications for these positions include:
Must possess one to three years’ experience in a direct supervisory position with a strong call center management background.
Knowledge of health care and managed care required.
