We are looking for $20,000 from 3 to 5 investors as partners to set up a company specializing in MOVE OUTS for thousands of Garden and High Rise apartments. We will General contract the,Painting, Flooring, Tile Work, Drywall) for, vacant High-rise and Garden Apartment complex's.

Counties we targeted are Middlesex,Union,Somerset,Ocean,Hudson, Bergen,Monmouth,Mercer,Warren,Burlington,Atlantic and Camden.

We now located numerous Managers with several thousand more Move Outs,hence our initial funding must be slightly higher.

We have thousands of leads from a previous Marketing Liason Company.

We have targeted over 22,400 affordable,high rise living complexes with 450 to 900 apartments in each one,and clustered locally in 12 NJ Counties ""via an in depth analysis"" and 500 calls made already.The business is for us to secure!

IN HUDSON AND BERGEN COUNTIES THERE ARE OVER 1600 HIGH RISE APARTMENTS 'CLUSTERED NEXT TO EACH OTHER'

An investment is required for the initial set up and to monitor every Move Outs.two investors plus myself will require $120,000 for a set fees to pay our crews until we are paid.

You may ask why does something this lucrative only require $120,000 in full when it will gain profits in the millions.We need controls in place.[YOUR LAWYERS OR ACCOUNTANTS WILL CONTROL ALL FUNDS]

1]We need the coverage in 12 Counties making sure our Move Out crews show up.

2]It will take as much as 3 investors to visit certain large accounts and manage our Crews

3]There are countless more High Rise affordable apartments further North and South.

Morris,Sussex,Burlington,Atlantic,Warren,Essex,Somerset,Mercer,Cherry Hill,Southern Ocean,Camden Etc

4]We must visit Property Managers with 6 to 55 High Rise apartments with over 750 units in every complex.

The investment can be held by your accountant or Lawyer, Two signatures on checks. The profits can also be sent to your accountant or Lawyer as well as my lawyer prior to funds taken as our profits.

The inside people never contacted,High Rise/Garden apartment managers for their move outs because the profits were thought to be minimal.

I was the only owner in a previous marketing company that serviced numerous Property Managers.and I was involved in a massive head on crash and the company was forced to close down.

MOVE OUTS

Currently we have contacted over 500 Property Managers throughout NJ in

Counties where the buildings are clustered near one another.

Most of these Managers are using their own crews or are calling local companies.They have at least 44 additional complexes with no actual specialists who paint,repair or replace walls,replace wall to wall carpeting with a pergo type of floor,repair or replace bathroom tile from complexes up to 60 years in age,and we have been welcomed.

We have met one on one with over Managers,as we performed an analysis.

No competitor is meeting with these managers.

We can perform at any apartment and have it ready to re rent in five days providing custom work hence major savings with current vacancies.We have screened over 900 workers to achieve our goals,as General Contractors.

We seek 2 investing partners assist in the initial funding and 3 key workers to check all crews,call on new managers and in return we will earn several million yearly.

With eager investing partners we project that we will do over 75,000 Move Outs in 2020 and over 150,000 in 2021.

With willing partners assisting daily we will reach many million by visiting Managers who own 12 to 55 High Rise medium income apartment complexes.The partners must also check on our crews daily.
