Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
Administrative duties / Warehouse Setting
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Administrative Assistant, customer service, Clerk
Previous Experience working in Warehouse is a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish skills
