CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Now Hiring!

Currently looking for multiple individuals seeking a role in customer service working in a professional contact center environment (no call center experience required).

The job will involve the following:
- 40 hours a week
- Monday - Friday
- 1st shift
- Paid 2 week training in a classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Obtain sufficient and accurate ticket information from callers.
- Demonstrate accuracy when entering tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve the minimal ticket quantity and/or processing time and ticket quality standards.
Requirements:
- Self-Motivated team player
- Attention to detail and good listening skills
- Must be dependable and have good attendance and be punctual
- Follow all Company Policies and Procedures
- Excellent Communication skills and organizational skills
