JZA+D seeks a motivated senior interior designer with 10-20 years of full-time design experience, must have a 4-year design degree and have successfully completed the NCIDQ exam.
. Applicants should be able to work with standard computer production programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Business development including potential client presentations and proposals
- Project management and coordination with clients, subconsultants, and designers
- Overseeing other designers in sourcing and specifying decorative and construction materials including, but not limited to furniture, fabric, lighting, plumbing, and interior finishes, creating client presentations, budgets, purchase orders, finish schedules and spec pages.
- Strong design skills are critical.
Ideal applicant will be extremely self-motivated and have the ability to think and work on multiple projects at once.
