Small Engineering company looking for an engineer to design septic systems on an as-needed basis. Great for someone who wants to supplement their income. There are no set hours and this would be considered PT. Do it all , when you want on your time. Duties include attending field soil sampling with Health inspector at the start of a new job. Designing the septic system on Autocad. Attending about 2 inspections during construction for each job. Must be able to shoot elevations when needed. This type of work is very specific and we are only accepting applicants who have at least 2 years experience designing septic systems. If you don't, please do not apply. You need not be a PE as we have 2 on staff to seal any plans. You just need to be experienced. Our work areas are central and western NJ. Please send at least 1 or 2 septic designs( the complete plans) in Autocad of your work.
