Line Cook with Grill Experience / Cocinero Barbacoa

Growing food concept is looking for self sufficient and motivated line cooks. Must be a leader in the kitchen and able to work under pressure when orders come to the kitchen. Initiative, be able to be 3 steps ahead of the daily prep. Responsible, being on time and having due diligence on what is needed every hour by the hour in the kitchen. Teamwork, communication between co-workers is a must.
