Responsibilities:
· Strong direct sourcing expertise (Job Portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media.)
· Developing and executing on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of candidates including directly sourcing candidates in line with talent demand signal
· Proactively uses e-recruitment tools and processes to source candidates.
· Strong experience in building partnerships with employees, vendors and recruits to the business needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Minimum 3-4 years of related Technical recruitment experience
· Must possess experience in sourcing candidates for conventional and niche skills.
· Should have good vendor/distribution list of bench sales recruiters for quick turn around of profiles for generic requirements.
· Should be able to understand the job description and able to explain the candidates on the requirement needs.
· Should be able to verify the candidate's experience from documents provided.
· Should have experience in W-2 employees (EAD/Green Card/US Citizen/TN Visa) sourcing.
· Strong experience in technical, selection and recruitment.
· Provides appropriate support & advice to candidate & is professional throughout the offer process.
· In-depth knowledge and experience in utilizing external sourcing vehicles.
· Ability to work in a fast paced and complex organization.
· Proven capability to source from low cost/ direct channels.
