Handyman
An office building looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as a maintenance man to handle all maintenance functions to keep property running smoothly.
Major Responsibilities:
Assure that all work orders and property repairs are completed correctly and timely on a day to day basis.
Keep accurate records related to preventative maintenance, quarterly and annual inspections and assure that the above tasks are completed in a timely manner
Perform regular inspections of all units in the building and common areas.
Assist and coordinate with other adhoc tasks as assigned if needed.
Applicants required to have
a high school diploma and a computer literate.
General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and painting.
Two years maintenance experience in a similar industry.
a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings and holidays
Applicants must have a valid Motor Vehicle Driver's License
