The landscape construction/enhancement foreman must have the ability to manage a crew of 3-5 employees. The Construction/Enhancement Division is responsible to complete all approved work outside the general maintenance contract on our clients properties. Job will range from the basic mulch installation, site pruning, and annual flower installations to a complete buildings landscape renovation. Foreman is responsible to oversee and ensure all aspects of the job are completed to meet the highest standards in safe manner. Foreman will oversee and work alongside the crew members to efficiently complete the crews weekly schedule.
Wage offering will depend on the level of experience and skills
Job Description & Requirements
Knowledge of landscape enhancement and construction work
Landscape enhancement, construction and snow removal services
Knowledge of basic concrete work a plus
Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
Manage crew schedule
Work 8-10 hours a day in outside environment
Complete and manage all required paperwork
Need to follow and enforce all company polices, standards and safety guidelines
Ability to communicate with clients to resolve issues as needed
Ability to identify site needs to ensure a well maintained property
Train crew members as needed
NJ Pesticide license not required but a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Must be able to work 4-5 days a week with possible weekend hours if needed
18 years or older
Must have a personal smart phone with a data plan
Must have a valid NJ Drivers License, with a valid DOT Medical card, CDL not required but a plus
Must have the ability to drive a truck with an enclosed landscape trailer
Ability to operate construction equipment required
Knowledge of hardscape installation not required but a plus
