Small bankruptcy firm in central NJ looking for a per diem bankruptcy paralegal on a part time basis to help fill out forms, schedules, plans, etc., for ch 7 and 13 cases.
You can work remotely on your own time schedule from home or office. The firm will provide a complete file on the client's assets, liabilities, income, expenses, etc., and your task will be to go through this information and produce a ch 7 or ch 13 petition ready for filing with the court.
All cases will be on a flat rate basis to be paid upon completion of the petition. Please send a resume and your rate. Must be familiar with New Jersey bankruptcy filings and forms.
