As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality books by running and maintaining our finishing equipment. If you have experience in manufacturing or print production and want to build a career in a stable, growth-focused company, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Operate and maintain bookbinding and finishing machines (binders, trimmers, case-in equipment).
Follow job specifications to ensure every book meets strict quality standards.
Perform routine machine checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
Safely move, stage, and handle materials throughout production.
Work with your team and shift leads to meet daily production and delivery goals.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety compliant.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years in manufacturing, book production, or assembly line work.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training a plus).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
English communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
Valid driver’s license and reliable commute to West Windsor, NJ.
Shifts Available
Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
(Rotating days; shift hours remain consistent)
