High-tech startup in Monmouth County seeking Executive Assistant. Ground floor opportunity with growth into operational leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage CRM (Notion) and contact database
- Process meeting transcripts and execute follow-ups
- Make outbound calls to schedule meetings and coordinate with vendors
- Research contacts and prepare briefing materials
- Update presentations and documents
- Organize workspace and materials
Schedule:
- 20 hours/week, flexible (school hours friendly)
- 1-2 days/week on-site in Monmouth County
- 1-2 days/week remote
- Occasional travel
Requirements:
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Detail-oriented
- Notion, Google Workspace, CRM tools
- AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude)
- Self-directed, takes initiative
- Experience building systems
