This is a part time position with room to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending phone calls, checking calls on answering machine
- Customer follow ups via phone and e-mail
- Answering customers on E-Commerce platforms
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Handling customer claims, issues and complains, and further preparing follow-up paperwork in a timely manner
- Monitor orders coming into the system and further scanning into the system
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to build rapport with all customers and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- Marketing experience is a plus
