Receptionist / Office Assistant (Hillsborough)
This is a Long Term Part Time to Full Time Position.
Fast pass distribution company is looking to fill a Receptionist
position in our Hillsborough, NJ offices. Ideal candidate who is
fun, fashionable and has excellent people person skills, nice
handwriting and speaking voice. There would be some data entry
and help around the office, Must know MS Word, Excel,
how to use Emails & forms on the Internet. You will be mostly doing
data entry, filing, answering the phones, and general office work.

There is no experience needed. We will train you on our systems. You
must be 18+, have reliable transportation and very open minded and
willing to do what is needed. This is a great opportunity for the

Requirements :
computer experience
Must be friendly and able to communicate effectively
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation
timely, dependable, good listener, good organizer, etc
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Computer savvy
Basic experience with MS Excel & Word is a plus
Professional demeanor is a plus
Bilingual in either English/Chinese is a plus
Hours : 10am-3pm Monday-Wednesday
Pay would be $13.00-15.00 an hour.
Paid holidays & vacations.
Incentives (lunch, dinner, transportation, cloths, gifts, etc)
Overtime can be available as needed
Extra days can be available as needed
Can turn into Full Time Position for the right candidate
Plus Bonuses for any special or added services
Benefits start after 6 months of employment
