FULL Time Position / Reservationist - Customer Service Reservationist
This Position Requires you to WORK ON WEEKENDS!
Santos VIP Limousine located 1105 US Route 1 South in Avenel, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Reservationist. FULL TIME Position available and will require that you WORK EVERY
Saturday AND Sunday.
(Monday thru Saturday) 9am-5pm & 12pm-8pm (Alternating Shifts)
(Sundays) 11am to 5pm (Alternating)

WEEKENDS ARE A MUST!
CSR Responsibilities
- Be able to work and close sales leads to meet monthly sales quota.
- Answer daily email sales inquiries and process online and phone reservations.
- Handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations.
- Have excellent business writing skills to and be able to put together targeted email campaigns and follow up emails.
- Work closely with customers to analyze and address their needs
- Knowledgeable in handling multi-line phone system.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up.
- Handle general office duties.
The ideal candidate must;
- Be energetic and outgoing.
- Be a people person and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Must have previous experience working in an office environment.
- Be professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Have prior inside sales experience.
- Be experienced in MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Have excellent communication and business writing skills.
- Have strong multi-tasking skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Be responsible and reliable.
- Have quick decision making skills.
- Be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
