Big Bang Music Center is looking to hire a few individuals to join our musical family!
We are looking for reliable and hard-working people to fill the position of Front Store Associate. Strong Customer Service skills are a MUST. Our customers are our family and deserve the best we have to offer!
For Wed, Thurs, Friday nights and Sat mornings.
Duties Include:
-Answering phones
-Maintaining the teachers' schedules
-Signing up new students and families for lessons
-Ordering, pricing, and placement of inventory
-Maintaining the amazing relationships we have with our students and their families, as well as fostering new relationships with prospective students
-Cash register sales
-Instrument rentals
If you are skilled and able to complete minor repairs on instruments (i.e. restrings), that is a PLUS but not required. We can always train and teach the right candidate.
Knowledge of instruments is also a PLUS but not required. We can train and teach the right candidate.
