Princeton Logistics is looking for experienced Freight Brokers to join our team!
Position: Sales/Dispatch Representative
Location: Brick, NJ
Responsibilities:
Prospecting, cold calling and closing new business
Building strong partnerships with our customers (Shippers and/or Carriers)
Negotiating shipment rates
Tracking and tracing shipments
Researching and sourcing carriers to create long term partnerships
Identifying and understanding the needs of customers
Understanding the supply and demand of the market
Identifying problems and finding solutions
Experience:
ยท Minimum 2 Years as a Freight Broker/Agent
Requirements:
Current book of business
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of TMS operations
Good phone and written communication skills
