Job Summary:The position is responsible for the company Network Infrastructure at the US and Canada sites. Management of all network devices, Internet connectivity and services.Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.Independent problem-solving, self-direction. Worked in a global IT infrastructure environment. Experienced in implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and designing communication networks within an organization or between organizations. Also must be proficient in resolving issues pertaining to communication devices. Ability to work in fast paced environment and independently at multiple locations.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Establishing and maintain the network environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards;
  • Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment;
  • Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network issues and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization;
  • Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources;
  • Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access;
  • Support the IT security team to ensure security standards as followed in the network environment
  • Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information and managing projects;
  • Upgrading data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases;
  • Configuration of routing and switching equipment;
  • Configuration of IP voice services;
  • Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation;
  • Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers;
  • Experience with VoIP Telephony preferable Cisco phone system. Must be able to manage and administer phone systems across multi sites
  • Manage and troubleshoot Video conferencing systems
  • Create and maintain IT network related documents, policies, procedures and SOP’s.
  • Must be able to multitask

Must have extensive knowledge of handling: Routers, Switches, Access Points, WL Controllers, WAN Links, Multiple Bandwidth Management Devices and Multiple Security Management Devices

LAN/WAN Management: M

aintain both LAN and WAN connectivity for all sites, Cisco Routers, Cisco Core Switches (Nexus etc.), Cisco Access Switches, Routing including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP
  • Authentication services Cisco ACS (TACACS+), Telephony services such as PRI and analog lines, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Maintain wireless connectivity at all sites, Authentication services Cisco ACS (RADIUS)
  • Cisco Wireless Controllers, Wireless Aps, Cisco Wireless Control Server, Provide WAN monitoring, bandwidth and configuration management, Orion Network Performance Monitor, Orion Netflow Traffic Analyzer, Orion Network Configuration Manager, Orion IP Address Manager, PRTG

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with

    5-7years’ experience in handling large Network Infrastructure including Network devices, LAN WAN communications devices and network security, Video Conference and Telepresence units and related issues.
  • Must have CCIE

    certification
  • MCSA and or CCNA preferred
  • Proficient in MS Visio and Project
  • Must be willing to travel to other sites when required
  • Must be willing to work off hours
