The digital innovation hub is responsible for delivering solutions by testing, learning, and building specialism in key emerging technologies. The MDLZ Global digital innovation hub works with an ecosystem of internal and external partners to deliver top and bottom-line growth and competitive advantage through innovation. Your role is to inspire and engage a wide range and different levels of functional stakeholders, link technology solutions to business opportunities and implement projects, assessing for business benefit and future scale. You will be growing the Digital Innovation use case footprint across a range of digital emerging specialisms, managing the innovation lifecycle from concept and deployment to scale assessment and proposal.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:• Link technology solutions to business opportunities and lead internal and external initiatives work with vendors (or developers) by providing precise requirements• Demonstrate and articulate the business impact of the latest dynamic technology developments and align to the strategic and tactical use-cases and requirements• Understand latest technology trends and identify CGP relevant innovations• Liaise with the architecture group to make decisions on solutions, understanding business requirements and drivers• Operate in alignment to the already defined frameworks and support their evolutionRequired Experience/Qualifications/Skills:• Experience within a digital innovation related role, working with emerging technologies• Broad spectrum digital emerging technology understanding (Extended Reality, Blockchain, No Code Low Code, Drones and Natural Language Processing desired)• Project management including knowledge of Agile• Technical and business acumen to evaluate opportunities with internal and external partners• Familiarity with the fast-moving consumer goods or related sectorWhat extra ingredients you will bring:Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceMBA/Masters preferred• Ability to look at the big picture• Driving for results and Analytical skill• Ready to be agile and have an innovation mindset• Ability to work across globally distributed virtual teams• Self-starter and highlight motivated, drive for results• Ability to handle pressure and fast paced situations• Excellent presentation skills• Exceptional analytical skills• Proven track record in learning agility#diceNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryThe United States is the largest market in the Mondelz International family with a significant employee and manufacturing footprint.
