- Monitoring / ordering raw and process materials - ensure materials are ordered and On Hand (O/H) in a timely manner, ensuring established safety stock levels are maintained.
- Material allocation - ensure raw materials / components are assigned to the appropriate jobs when needed for the production line.
- Inventory maintenance - ensure appropriate labelling, storage, and handling of all materials. Complete ERP transactions
- Outside service(s) coordination.
- Coordinate with outside service vendors ensuring proper service(s) is being completed and delivery commitments are being met and communicated.
- Job initiation and scheduling - add jobs to the project schedule.
- Label printing / material reconciliation
- Shipping / Delivery documentation
- Responsible for creation of packing slip, manifests, and/or purchase orders for all products leaving the building.
- May utilize material handling equipment
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-year Warehouse or Inventory experience
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and communicate with all departments.
- Excellent, professional communication skills.
