Lead, Senior Scrum Master, Technical, Agile for an FTE position.Looking for a Lead Scrum Master that is technical with expertise in development, applications, Agile Scrum.
What you will be doing: Lead technical expertise, assessing Scrum Maturity of IT Teams Works with engineers, developers, analyst on various products and applications, digital transformations Sprint planning, sprint demos, facilitate Scrum meetings Define KPI’s Coaches software engineers on Agile Scrum Develop and prioritize roadmaps Leads direction of programs and trains staff on programs What you will need: 7-10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Strong technical background, background as a developer, BSA or Project Manager Development or Computer Science / Engineering degree Project Management, Project Lead experience Experience coordinating and evaluating programs Experience with AGILE Scrum Experience with Jira Preferred: Kanban SAFe Certifications Preferred: Any Certified Scrum Master – CSM, Certified ScrumMaster Project Management Professional, PMP Certified Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science, EngineeringVacancy expired!
