Description A national billion dollar consumer products distributor in Edison seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. The Director of FP& A should have ten plus years of experience in a consumer products company along with a strong proficiency utilizing BI tools ( Business Intelligence). Any exposure analyzing mergers and acquisition targets is also preferred. Responsibilities include:Assist the President/COO, CFO, and PE firm with acquisition target analyses
Prepare concise and informative monthly management reporting packages in concert with the accounting organization
Provide critical post-acquisition management information to expedite efficient synergy capture and integration
Performing all budgeting and forecasting for sales, supply chain, and corporate wide annual and long term budgets.
Performing special projects and making presentations to management
