- This role will partner with the HR lead to develop and execute HR transformation strategies focused on talent management and employee engagement.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and work closely with HR Lead to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Connect with employees and cover all aspects of the employee experience from onboarding to exit.
- Manage employee wellness programs, HR connects, skip meetings and other communication programs.
- Work with HR lead to resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
