Detailed Job Description: Project Manager, Ecommerce and Customer Experience, to join our team. This is a newly added position to the organization focused on leading project management initiatives supporting Client’s digital ecosystem. This role will partner closely with both internal and external partners, inclusive of Ecommerce, Digital Operations & Technology, Marketing & CRM, Customer Service, in addition to external MarTech and platform vendors. This role will largely be responsible for the coordination and project management efforts pertaining to commerce site re-platforming initiative, which is underway, as well as other digital projects supporting both customer centricity and the modernization of the site experience, leveraging technical and data solutions. This role will also partner on Customer Experience initiatives for the brand, focusing on opportunities to leverage digital solutions. This role reports directly into the Director, Digital Operations & Technology. Below list of attributes are desired out of this role: An IT Professional with 15+ years of experience in program management, system implementations, product analysis, change management and application development An effective leader, transforming teams to meet challenges of ever-changing business landscape Support the customer experience & service for the Tumi digital platform Demonstrated history of expertise in Agile and Waterfall project life-cycle methodology An excellent communicator who leverages technical, business and financial knowledge to communicate effectively with senior executives and cross functional senior stakeholders Excel in liaising between business, development and quality assurance areas to achieve quality project completions Well versed in working within geographically separated virtual teams Thanks & regards, Venkatesh Kundurthi Technical Recruiter
