Description We are offering a role in the detail oriented Associations industry, located in Edison, New Jersey, United States. The position focuses on administrative tasks and will require a high level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in credit management tasks. Responsibilities: Serve as a support staff, providing assistance to the executive office, including high-level trend analysis and reporting. Undertake administrative duties for the executive committee and selected members of the administrative committee. Develop recommendations regarding best practices for program areas based on collaboration with other staff members and volunteers. Assist in logistics and meeting planning for membership events. Generate membership reports for marketing campaigns and coordinate distribution of welcome letters to new society members. Monitor and analyze expenses against the travel policy and provide input into the annual budgeting process. Manage the society-level awards program, including the nominations process and liaising with necessary staff. Provide administrative support for the evaluation and nomination process of the Fellows. Set up purchase orders and ensure expeditious expense reimbursement requests. Perform data gathering, analysis, and issue resolution in support of additional core society business functions as needed. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word Experience in Customer Service and Data Entry Ability to handle Email Correspondence and Schedule Appointments Proficiency in Answering Inbound Calls and handling Inbound Outbound Calls Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently Exceptional customer service skills Experience in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly Capability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively Experience working in a detail oriented association or similar environment is preferable Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of discretion and judgement Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
