Job Description

This metals and chemicals manufacturing company is opening up a role which will oversee the organisational activities of the business using NetSuite. The Operations Manager will be managing quality assurance programs, strategize process improvements, and more. The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of a business. The company is searching for someone with manufacturing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable experience. You will be reporting directly to the current accounting team and CFO. Furthermore

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organising and managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Managing invoicing and billing
  • Create purchase orders and sales orders and invoices
  • Create a sales order in NetSuite
  • Working with warehouse transactions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Understanding NetSuite as a user
  • Experience with AP/AR (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable)
  • Warehousing and Manufacturing experience or interest is preferred
