Job Description

A global speciality metals and chemicals supplier in NJ is looking for an Operations Associate! The Operations Associate will be reporting to the AP/AR Manager and the Operations Manager assisting them in their day-to-day tasks over all alleviating them of the current work load. Day-to-day tasks will consist of entering invoices into the NetSuite System as well as creating purchase and sales orders. This is great opportunity to learn more about Accounting, Operations Management, Logistics and NetSuite.

Role & Responsibilities

Creating Purchase and Sales orders
Dealing with the billing and invoicing
Manage warehousing and distribution processes

Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)
Experience in Sales, Warehousing, and/or Distribution is a plus
NetSuite experience is a plus
