- Assist with scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews, calibrations, and meetings
- Support Vendor Management process: Manage contingent worker access requests, coordinate with agencies to submit candidates for open roles as requested, submit new hire requests and communicate with internal team to coordinate start date
- Maintain weekly recruiting status report for all openings
- Source and disposition candidates throughout hiring process in applicant tracking system
- Work closely with the HR team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidates
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
- Prepare presentations and reports as requested for activity tracking purposes
- Identify recruiting sources, assess new talent and develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent
- Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, etc.
- Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources management, business, or communications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, virtual team oriented environment
- Able to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and with excellent Excel Skills
- Strong data management and visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Visio, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to adhere to strict confidentiality standards
