- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Solve complex problems and/or conduct complex analysis
- Should have knowledge of agile delivery models/environment
- Analyzes current or potential business processes and reviews existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Performs detailed analysis and evaluations on current/future state and documents conclusions and recommendations
- Works with different departments throughout product/life cycle to ensure project dates are met and ensures timely completion of deliverables
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Detailed oriented and analytical with good organizational skills and time management skills
- Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills
- Able to use independent judgment in identifying the root cause of problems, and developing solutions
- Able to pick up technical things quickly; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge
- Proven ability to generate various reports for management teams
- 3 years of Industry experience in report development, data science or business analytics
- Able to work with minimal guidance and seek guidance on only complex tasks
- Collaboration skills in a team environment
