The Sr Enterprise-Data Architect will be responsible for leading technology discovery initiatives, solution direction to shape projects and technology roadmap alignment and governance. The Enterprise-Data Architect will also play a lead role in the strategy, roadmap, and oversight of our data quality platforms. The Sr Enterprise-Data Architect will need to act as a catalyst for change, demonstrate growth mindset, collaborate with Business Partners & Functional Solution Architects to drive solution architectures that align with the broader technology strategy.

Experience:
  • 8-10 years’ experience as an Enterprise, Solutions or Data Architect across multiple industries. Pharma or Healthcare experience will be a plus
  • Experience building application architecture and roadmaps tied to end-to-end business processes
  • Experience using layered architecture to solve business problems. Systems of Engagement (Ex: BPM Tools), Systems of Records (Ex: SAP ERP, Sales Force, etc.) and Systems of Insight (Big Data/ ML/AI to support Advanced Analytics)
  • Experience with SAP ERP and related technology
  • Deep understanding of Data Architecture and Data Quality best practices
  • Experience with Automation technology, Advanced Analytics, and application AI/ML to enable digital transformation

Skills:
  • Strong Techno/Functional experience in one or more functional domains
  • Strong Data Architecture & Data Quality experience, ideally in a regulated setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Effective team building skills
  • Strong / effective influencing skills
  • Strong / effective problem-solving skills
  • Conceptual to detailed thinking skills
  • Ability to translate business to technical information requirements and facilitate communications with / between diverse audiences

Educational Experience
  • BA / BS or equivalent experience
  • Masters is a plus
