Role: Supply Chain Executive Location: San Diego, CA o Minimum 5-7 years related work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Sales functions with an organization actively engaged with both Distributors and large direct accounts. o Bachelor's Degree required o Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Distributor Management or Sales o Strong Analytical capabilities o Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills o Strong Customer Focus o Project Management o Advanced skills in negotiation and conflict management o Medical Device industry a plus o Identify, initiate and drive process improvement solutions that will ultimately provide operating efficiencies and synergies within the supply chain, resulting in cost reduction and increasing service level to customers. o Lead the supply chain communication with our IDN Partners through the appropriate forums, from weekly tactical calls to monthly operational meetings and quarterly continuous improvement reviews. o Participate into Quarterly Business reviews. o Monitor the day to day supply chain activities with IDN Partners assuring Operational Excellence and a high level of Service.
