Description South Jersey firm is seeking a Staff Accountant. As the Staff Accountant you will prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliation.Enters journals entries, coordinates account payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
Prepare financial statements
Assist with cash receipts processing
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and account analysis.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy
Requirements
3+ years accounting experience a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and NetSuite
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
. Must have general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable knowledge
Strong written and oral communication skills,
