Description Robert Half is seeking candidates for a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter role with a dynamic organization in the Non-Profit industry. This position's duties include recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements
Conducting interviews
Assisting with new hire paperwork
Conducting various administrative duties

Proficiency in Checking References
Foundational knowledge in Background Checks
Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
