Description:SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service on all factory machineryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
➢ DC & VFD drive programming/setup/troubleshooting
➢ Control panel modification and system upgrades
➢ Experience in troubleshooting PLC’s, programming experience a plus
➢ Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.
➢ Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
➢ Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.

➢ High School Diploma or equivalent, technical school preferred
➢ Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment
➢ 5+ years of related experience in packing machines/production machines and industrial 480V-3PH electricityJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
➢ Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
➢ Basic computer skills requiredPhysical Demands:
➢ Light to moderate physical effort required.
➢ Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
