Description The Securitized Products- Product Control, VP will be responsible for: Ensuring proper review and controls around month end close Represent Product Control in communication across the infrastructure groups PNL review and analysis involving interacting with FO, trading COO's, Finance colleagues and middle office in ensuring completeness; full implementation of controls in a timely manner. Preform and review regulatory submissions Represent product control in regulatory, IT and business projects Evaluate and assess risks Manage and develop staff The Successful Securitized Products- Product Control, VP will: Have 5+ Years of experience in a product control/ Finance role with experience across Structured Products, Hybrid products [Whole Loans, RMBS Warehouses, Bonds, Interest Rate Swaps, CDS, TRS, CMO, Financing and other products] Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong technical/ Excel skills inclusive of Macros Our client is a well known global investment bank.Our client is offering a competitive compensation and benefits package for Securitized Products- product Control VPs in the New York city area.
