Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a BI Reporting Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Hoboken, NJ or 100% Remote. Due to client restrictions- W2 only/ No third party agencies/employers This position is for an entry-level professional individual contributor in Business Intelligence Reporting, who works under close supervision. This position analyzes reporting requirements and develops reporting solutions for project tasks assigned by manager, under close supervision. Provides internal staff with business intelligence, reports and information on an ad-hoc basis, as requested, under close supervision. Responsibilities :
- Develops and delivers basic reporting solutions under some supervision.
- Provides mid-month and special ad-hoc reports, as requested within two-day turnaround time.
- Responds to inquiries from colleagues relating to reports provided or information.
- Prepares documentation for report specifications or Quality Assurance testing.
- Performs other duties assumed with supervisory approval or assigned by a Team Lead or qualified others.
- Assists project development team with business analysis and troubleshooting tasks.
- Hands on experience with Power BI
- Data visualization - look and feel of data and how its represented
- Sense of placement - user experience
