- 7+ years of quality assurance experience
- 3+ years’ experience managing QA testing teams
- Must have experience in leading QA for at least 2 full cycle implementations of SAP Order To Cash (OTC) programs
- As a QA Lead, the candidate will be responsible for hands-on supervision of several QA resources with significant part of resources working off-shore.
- Good knowledge of test management and issues tracking systems such as Test Rail, Jira
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of all test artefacts
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Nice to have automation experience using Selenium or UFT
- Experience working in an Agile environment along with experience in Agile testing methodology
- This position requires daily interaction with globally diverse teams.
- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Experience in managing on-site and off-shore geographically distributed teams
- Experience delivering solution in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Periodic status reports on test progress for the projects adopted for QA testing
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
