- Review and QA weekly, biweekly and monthly reports
- Facilitate identification of meetings across multiple groups
- Create and update project plans (for selected project)
- Provide direction to Junior PM on the following:
- Onboarding Documentation
- Document management
- Project information
- Task management
- SharePoint Maintenance
- Execution of an integrated programs that use digital channels
- Define detailed project plan to execute marketing strategy and tactics.
- Analysis of all critical processes impacting marketing effort; identify and mitigate risks such capacity, deliverable delays, etc.
- Coordination and management of Communications, External Marketing, Metrics & Measurement core work teams.
- Define activities required by core work team to execute the segment marketing strategy
- Relationship management to facilitate execution across all stakeholders
- Facilitate identification of meetings across multiple groups
- Consider all the variables and make formal project planning recommendation(s) on target migration, including:
- Resource planning to accomplish the project phases by the target dates
- Integrate with Transition, Marketing Teams, Corporate Communication, and Associate Engagement
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
- 3-5 years of experience of Digital Marketing with understanding of the end-to-end process
- Experience in Large Corporate Institutional marketing and Wealth Management preferred
