Job Description
Title: MuleSoft/API DeveloperLocation: Iselin, NJDuration: 6+ months with a probable extension Position Overview The MuleSoft/API Developer will be responsible for architecture and design activities to provision and configure end-point connections between multiple on premises and/or cloud hosted systems using MuleSoft. This person will be a leader in partnering with team members to assess, define, and implement world-class solutions. This position also requires the individual to be responsible for other functions normally within the realms of Functional Analyst, Development Lead and Training.- Design and adhere to best practices, standards and procedures as they pertain to API Development and the MuleSoft platform.
- Help Define Enterprise API Strategy
- Spec, develop and deploy System, Process and Experience layer APIs and integrations based on technical design documents and business requirements.
- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
- Experience creating ETL related processes
- Hands on experience in coding and using APIs
- Ability to lead a team of API developers, reporting directly to Director of Application Development
- Maintain ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams while providing instructional guidance to more junior professionals
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- REST services API automation
- Rules Engine Experience
- Experience with Salesforce / ServiceNow
- 5 years Mulesoft Experience
- Mulesoft Development Certification
- Experience in C/C#, .NET, JavaScript, JSON, SOAPUI, XML, SQL, SQL Server
- Java, Microsoft .NET, MS SQL Server, and Azure or AWS ecosystem is a plus.
- A solid understanding of all aspects of the application development process as they pertain to the MuleSoft platform.
- Ability to multi-task and be able to handle projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong Communications Skills
- Banking Experience a plus
- nCino Knowledge a plus
