New JerseyRemote but candidate needs to be onsite when needed (occasionally) local candidates or people who can relocate Heavy PMO experience : Specifically CapEx, OpEx, Risk, Change Management However higher level than a coordinator – should have experience within a PMO from a governance perspectiveKey part is governance and compliance: to ensure the PMs are conducting things in line (risk, change requests, audits, etc)Work closely with the PMs to ensureThe PMO Officer ensures that the assigned projects deliver to the highest governance standards supporting the delivery of the project.The PMO role is an impact role on the program which supports the project managers and program manager on the overall delivery of the program. This is an excellent opportunity to support a major program migrating a Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) to a new target architecture.

Responsibilities:-Project Governance-RAID Log maintenance (Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Dependencies)-Project plan maintenance-Action follow up (including working with 3rd parties)-Quarterly Risk and issue review-Meeting governance and scheduling; including producing high quality minutes-Input to scorecard and reporting-Creating high quality meeting materials-Assisting in project audits-Managing day to day operational aspects of a project scope, schedule and milestones, budget/costs, resourcing and deliverables

Qualifications:-At least 4 years of hands on project support experience-PM certified-Knowledge of Financial Services and FX desirable-Proven organization skills-Excellent customer service skills-Proficiency with related project tools including but not limited to MS Office, Project, Enterprise PM tools
