- Organizes project teams by working with Agile development teams, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of a project within and beyond the project team
- Acts as a liaison between Business and IT Teams
- Assists with analysis and documentation of business requirements and defining scope and objectives of each project
- 2 or more years of IT Analyst or IT Project Manager experience
- Experience working on Agile Projects
- Experience or knowledge of the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably Regulatory
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with various people in business, operations and IT
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Logical and detail oriented, the ability to identify conflicting requirements
- Communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience in Agile tools such as Jira Align
