Group Summary: The Eagle product suite is highly visible and very impactful to our clients, and we are seeking strong Product Owners with knowledge of the product and deep business skills in accounting domain to address this specific area in order to lead our modernization. This Product Owner is instrumental in transforming current Eagle Accounting Products to future cloud based functionality and experiences. What You Will Do: • Be the sole owner of the functional needs / direction of what the team is targeted to deliver PO and identify the -what- • Development teams takes the guidance of the PO and provides the -how- through delivery • Customer-facing advocate ensuring what is developed addresses customer / stakeholder problems, ultimately delivering business value • Cross-team/functional management of dependencies and deliverables • Ensure the team's goals and delivery are in coordination with other related / dependent teams • Support cross team collaboration engaging SME / DevOps / etc as needed to fulfill needs and unblock your team • Provide Product vision & strategy definition and Go-To-Market definition and thought leadership internally and externally for subject area • Sustaining ownership to production to include identifying gaps in features that require team and product improvements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. • 10-12 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. • Previous experience moving products to the cloud a plus.Vacancy expired!
