Location: Jersey City, NJ Position Type: Contract Responsibilities: -Creating interactive prototypes that captures key flow through interactive user experiences -Collaborate with executives, managers, and peers to refine designs -Conducting user research to understand users and discover unmet user needs -Research business/design cases for product features and user experience -Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders -Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow developers to build accurately -Collaborate with other UX designers to develop and evangelize Design Pattern Library and work with developers to develop living style guide Qualifications: -Candidate can present a UX design portfolio that demonstrates design process and UX deliverables -Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, a team player, and comfortable following direction -Able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines -Able to propose design initiatives and manage all aspects of a project from start to finish -Ability to build relationships, influence decisions and drive results without direct authority -Ability to communicate your ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders -Experience using prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, TableauVacancy expired!
