The Application Support Engineer's primary responsibility is assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and support of our business applications. They are responsible for resolving issues and performing regular maintenance across all modules, including financial and operational. This integral member of the IT team will also participate in implementation and optimization projects including analysis, development, training, and go-live support.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure seamless and continual support for Salesforce, Rootstock, Square and other applications• Respond to, diagnose, triage and resolve service disruptions• Drive root cause analysis for complex production issues• Develop functional and technical subject-matter expertise for key applications and business processes• Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.• Develop reports, modules, and dashboards for staff as needed• Manage projects related to business applications• Create and maintain support documentation and procedures• Pro-actively prepare for application releases, rollouts to staffRequirements:• 1 year Apex Development (Platform Developer I)• Experience with Aura and Lightning Web Components (Javascript Developer I)• Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and ApprovalsNice to Have:• Experience with Commerce Cloud APIs / Development (B2C Commerce Developer)• Experience with Square, Stripe, and/or other payment providers and their APIs Requirements Retail E-Commerce, Lightning Components, B2C Marketing, Process Builder, Process Builder, JavaScript, Salesforce APIs Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
