About the Business Architecture group: This role sits within the Intelligent Automation (IA) COE which is part of Business Architecture Group. The IA team focusses on bringing best of the automation technologies in the field of RPA, OCR, BPM, AI etc. to create efficient processes for business partners. The team develops enterprise wide automations to reduce operational risk and improve end user satisfaction. The technology framework consists of market leading tools working on conjunction to create seamless E2E automation. As such IA team plays a critical role in reimagining the future-state of all business lines to support DTCC's modernization initiatives, working collaboratively with Business Units, IT Architecture, Application Development, and other stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Risk, Resiliency)

Position summary: As a core member of the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence you will support the leadership team in driving the industry-leading practices related to DocuSign implementation. The candidate will be a subject matter expert in automating business flows using DocuSign platform. The IA team will look up to this role to determine the best automation approach as it relates to DocuSign. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, own and drive projects, and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks. Success in this role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities, while demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. This role will directly contribute in making the IA team within DTCC the standout team containing best in class people and latest emerging technologies. Reporting to Intelligent Automation COE you will provide critical support for the design, development, and management of DocuSign forms. You will need to work effectively within an agile framework as part of a cross functional team that includes Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Architects, Operations and Information Technology Subject Matter Experts, IT Business System Analysts, and other technology leads. This requires coordination with various internal and external teams of DTCC like Infrastructure, Governance, Architecture, Risk & Controls, RPA, BPM etc. to ensure DocuSign program follows organizational guardrails. The position requires the individual to work in ambiguous situations with strong problem solving skills. You should also be able to work independently as well as in a team environment effectively collaborating with other members.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with the business owners, peers and leaders within the IA COE to identify strong use cases for DocuSign implementation and help in building healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Performing critical analysis on the incoming opportunities to ensure use case has technical feasibility, contains commercial benefit and will result in risk mitigation for line of business post implementation
  • Defining and executing the strategy related to DocuSign implementation for business use cases
  • Crafting a high performing automation solution using DocuSign considering integration with other capabilities (RPA, BPM, AI etc.) available within the organization
  • Architecting the DocuSign solution component which fits in the overall solution blueprint specifically focusing on reusability, scalability and security aspects
  • Designing, developing and maintaining DocuSign forms for different business lines within the organization
  • Providing solution approach for converting complex pdf & manual forms to DocuSign platform
  • Managing independently assigned projects, through the life cycle from initiation to closing
  • Strong presentation & documentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts into easily understandable concepts (like BRD, High Level Design Documents) for non-technical teams
  • Validating detailed technical and non-technical user stories for to ensure completeness development teams
  • Establishing best practices & guardrails related to coding, testing and version controlling of DocuSign forms
  • Providing analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making by the COE's stakeholders
  • Participating meaningfully as a core member of one or more agile squads, including attending daily stand-up, grooming sessions and other agile ceremonies, documenting user stories, and tracking and reporting on relevant project metrics
  • Engaging with business stakeholders across various segments to ensure their automation needs are understood and planned based on the capacity
  • Training Business users on effectively leveraging Docusign as well as the change management process
  • Keeping abreast of latest emerging patterns and frameworks related to DocuSign and bringing latest thought leadership in daily operations

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing DocuSign forms involving integration with system of records
  • Thorough understanding of API integration using DocuSign platform with other web and workflow-based systems
  • Deep on knowledge on security framework associated with DocuSign implementation (authentication etc.)
  • Strong understanding of DocuSign deployment patterns in agile methodologies
  • Technical knowhow related to administrative tasks (account settings, access controls, user management etc.) on DocuSign environment
  • Knowledge of integrating DocuSign forms with other platforms like Salesforce, BPM IBM and RPA platform (BluePrism, UiPath etc.)
  • Solid foundation with relational databases along with good understanding of query structures, stored procedures, views etc.
  • Hands on experience of working in agile processes and ceremonies. Deep knowledge of tools like JIRA to effectively collaborate with delivery teams
  • Broad understanding of automation stack with tools related to workflow, RPA, OCR etc.
  • Developer certification in DocuSign is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create effective documentation and process flows
  • Bachelor's Degree or Masters' Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
