TITLE: Infrastructure Support Engineer Location: Jersey City, NJ
Our financial client is searching for an Infrastructure Support Engineer in Jersey City, NJ.What You'll Do:- Responsible for configuration, management, and operational support of Remote Access utilizing:
- Cisco VPN- Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA)
- Citrix Application Delivery Controller (Client / Netscaler)
- Citrix Application Delivery Manager (ADM)
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and project execution activities
- Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues, take proactive actions, and automate manual operational toil.
- Participate in on-call coverage
- Minimum 5+ years' experience managing, configuring, and supporting large scale Remote Access environments is required. (One or more of the following: Cisco ASA, Client and Citrix Client, ADM)
- Strong working knowledge of infrastructure components, network troubleshooting and virtual desktop environments (e.g. routers, load balancers, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMWare)
- Prior experience developing and delivering solutions to automate operational tasks using Python or PowerShell. (Splunk knowledge is a plus.)
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients
- Participate in the 24x7 support coverage as needed
