- Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Pega technical expertise
- Pega Workflow, Case Management, Integration experience needed
- Collaborate with members of scrum team and other partners/stakeholders to coordinate delivery of software application
- Communicate with technical partners to design and develop tech solutions to meet business needs
- Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintain and tests software applications that support business units
- Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components
- Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions
- 5+ years? experience as a CSSA in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment and testing
- Additional 3 years of any object-oriented programming skills in java / .net
- Pega Implementation Architecture expertise
- Pega Case Management/Workflow
- Pega Integration
- Data Migration
- Agile experience required Desired Skills
- Banking domain Pega experience (especially in compliance and risk)
- Strong understanding of key business elements
- Prior framework implementation experience
- Strong Data analysis skills
- Graduate / Undergraduate studies in computer science is a plus
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
