Location: Jersey City, NJ Description: Our client is currently seeking a Agile Business Analyst - Generalist
Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analyzes and clearly documents business process requirements for the automation build including exception handling scenarios and process metrics such as volumes, SLAs and cycle times
- Able to conduct interviews with subject matter experts (functional/technical), sponsors, and participating organizations prior to and during business architecture development
- Gathers and reviews existing process documentation with process SMEs
- Converting requirements into user stories and participate in agile delivery methodology
- Works with business process SMEs to identify potential reengineering opportunities to streamline the use of automation (e.g., use of an application interface vs. a user screen)
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
- JIRA
- SCRUM
- Ability to write user stories
- Converting requirements into user stories and participate in agile delivery methodology
- Interact with Business process SMEs to identify potential reengineering opportunities to streamline the use of automation (e.g., use of an application interface vs. a user screen)
- Good communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills as well
